The sea view is the best. We had sea view many other times, but this time we were right over the sea and we could watch ships, sea planes, rainbows, everything. The hotel is clean and has hard-working and friendly staff. Also, being part of a closed complex of hotels, it is nice there are no cars in the complex (except the electric buggies that carry you and you luggage when you check in and out), therefore no noise or alarms going off in the middle of the night, no pollution and great safety for children. The beach is very clean, with a rocky strip when you enter the sea, but do not avoid the wooden steps in front of the hotel: they are the safest way to enter the sea.
The hotel has a free parking that is a joke! Only a few spots for an entire group of hotels, so be prepared to pay for the parking. Also the hotel is hard to find unless you come with a tour operator, because nobody specifies that it is part of a closed complex that has a central gate. This being the last hotel on the beach, nobody in the resort could direct us to it! Fortunately, we saw the hotel buggy. There is no inside pool in any of the hotels in the complex, so if the weather is bad, that's it. The major inconvenient for us was the lack of fruits and vegetables between meals. There were filters at the restaurant entrance to prevent the guest taking any food out (never happened at other hotels!), but there were no healthy snacks in between meals. Animation is poor and the hall is overcrowded. The food is edible, but not much variation.

We had an enjoyable stay at this beachfront hotel. The hotel facilities were great with clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We also loved the location, which was close to a supermarket and only five to ten minutes' walk down the beach to the pier.
Nothing all good.

Loved staying at the Royal Bay Hotel, best part is that you can use all the other hotel/pool bars on the resort. Rooms are of a very good size and cleaned very well everyday. Staff are great and the whole stay was superb. We stayed at the Royal Bay for 2 weeks (booked as a package holiday) and booked through booking, com for 1 night due to late checkout. Much better value than booking a late checkout through the hotel.

The resort is very clean, however the hotel is showing signs of its age. The staff apart from one on the reception were showing the signs of a long season and were not the most helpfull! The food is poor against other hotels in the area. There were many English people staying who were not happy. This hotel is not a reflection of others in the region. Bulgaria is a great country but if this is your first stay in Bulgaria I am afraid you will not want to come agian...Great shame!!! Please do not judge Bulgaria on this hotel! If we were from Enland we would be very angry with our tour company! Great position, good overall resort but the food very very poor!
Food poor! Staff Poor! Hotel now very old!

This hotel is a hidden gem on the coast of Bulgaria. It is located right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the sea. The private beach is clean and uncrowded, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfasts, and there is also a poolside snack bar for lighter bites.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It offers everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation, from the beautiful location to the excellent service and amenities.

It's a member of a big hotel group. The service is good, and the food is quite various. The most excitied thing is that there is a big waterpark.
The location is not good, and the beach is not that good as we thought. The hotel is a little bit out-of-date.

Nothing!!!
It was awful. The food was very bad, everything was fried, the blankets in the restaurant was dirty and very old. There wasn't napkins and you must ask the staff to dive you. We go there with baby on 2 mоnths and we want to stay at the green grass under one big tree near the beach, but one man from the staff come and said that there is prohibited from the big boss. I talk with the manager and she confirmed the ban. On the second day we decided to go from there and we left the hotel and complex. хора не ходете там, отвратително е. рая на пластмасите и забраните, заради недисциплинираните българи (както казват от персонала).

This hotel is a great value for money option with good quality food and friendly staff. the beach location is picturesque and the rooms are kept clean with fresh towels each day. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time by the pool, while the aqua park offers fun for all. the breakfast has a good variety of options, including pancakes and eggy bread.
Some guests could be loud and annoying at meal times.

Great pool and stunning views from the balcony. The hotel beach is beautiful with crystal clear waters. Plus, the staff were friendly and check-in was quick.
The room wasn't as clean as I expected, and there were some hairs in the bathroom. The food quality was disappointing, and we found ourselves eating out more than we wanted to. Also, the location is quite isolated and there were limited options for in-resort activities or entertainment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering great service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food, with plenty of options to choose from, and the convenient location close to many popular attractions in the city.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The hotel bar closed quite early in the evening, leaving us with limited options for entertainment.
